This is the title from the film called "The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle", which was released on June 30, 2000.
But there is an ampersand in the title instead of the word "and".

At the beginning of the film, the opening titles go like this:

Presents"

"In Association With
CAPELLA/KC MEDIEN"

"A TRIBECA Production"

"THE ADVENTURES OF
ROCKY &
BULLWINKLE"

And at the end of the film, the end credits are all in the same font.
