You mean the EMA Seville 2019 part? Looks like a stylized Bebas to me.

Franklin Gothic Extra Condensed

Not really, I'm afraid. Look closely at the 2019 part of the logo. The number 1 looks different

The EMA website has been updated and I can reveal the new font they're using is called More Gothic Condensed Bold by Canadian type foundry FEEDTYPE
