Rhode Island looks like Machine Bold - with the "S" slightly modified. Someone has probably made this a new font...

The Ruckus in looks like House Industries old font - House Broken - that someone has stretched out. I can't seem to find it on their site anymore. Sorry. But you can see it here: http://www.identifont.com/find?font=housebroken&q=Go
