I've been looking for it and found that it could be called 'Never say die'. But i didn't locate any reliable place to get it.

It's an old Mac OS font. I don't know a reliable place to get it either.

Know anyone who has a Mac?

All I was able to find out about it is that it was designed by David Berlow of Font Bureau for Apple in 1995-97.
AFAIK no legitimate download in PC format.
