Merging fonts [Android]

Oct 17, 2016 at 20:24

Hello guys,
I'm on android, and I have 2 fonts that I very like, one with emojis and the other is a typeface that I've chosen.
I would like to transfer the emojis from the first font to the other font to obtain a custom font for my android. (personnal use only)
I have already search on google, and tried with fontforge, but no success.
Can you help me? Thank you for reading, and waiting for advices !

With any font editor you can do this. Provided you understand how to and more important, provided you have permission from the authors.

Hello,
I've already tried with FontForge, but colored emoticons are not supported..
I would simply like to integrate the emoticons in the other typeface
Thank you

Multi-color glyphs (layered glyphs) are only supported by a very few applications running under Windows 10. There is no such thing available for Android.

Yes it's not the problem, because I own a PC, I will use my Android only to install the .ttf file
