Bitstream made a Windsor Bold Condensed with that "A" - and then the person who used it for Savannah - squashed it! The closest I see on myfonts.com would be Elsner+Flake's Windsor ExtraBold Condensed.

I hope Fred shows up and let's both of us know if there is a link to the Bold Cond - somewhere...
