FYI - Rob Leuschke had redrawn Inspiration for TypeSET it - and called it QK-Journal. It was a bit heavier than Inspiration and had the "f" that is in your sample. If you wanted the exact name. Otherwise, Inspiration is there for you. I looked in the glyphs - it didn't seem to have an alternative f... sorry.
