I've seen this font many times used by the crew of Wander (and, characters being identical, I'm 100% sure it's a font and not just hand-written) and I'm wondering if the font is anywhere online.

It's probably not a font.

I'm sure they enjoy trying to replicate each letter the exact same way 1,000 times per season.
