Since this seems to be a take off of a road sign - unless it is a road sign - it is difficult to match. I'd like to suggest if no one finds you the exact font, and you are in need of a substitute - try Hoefler & Jones Knockout in Bantamweight -

The problem is the R, with the middle bar so low. For the rest most any narrow sans serif will do.
