Font Clipped on top and bottom in Microsoft Word

Apr 01, 2014 at 21:40

Hey, hopefully someone could help me with this.

I've downloaded the "Garfield the Cat" font by SpideRaYsfoNtS for use in my project. When using it in Microsoft Word the characters are cut off on top and bottom, and the (r) which should be replaced by the Cats Protection logo is completely cut off. I'm not savvy at all on this kind of thing so although I've looked around for solutions I've not really found one that I can follow as I don't have a font editor.

Would someone who knows what they're doing be able to edit the font for me so I could download the edited version, or else, could someone point me to a free font editor that will do the trick, then tell me (in layman's terms) how to make the font work?

Thank you in advance for your replies!

Aha, thanks for that... I am indeed using a mac! I've now chosen an alternative font.
