Can someone please tell me what font this is? Don't say American Purpose, Bebas or Bebas Neue, any of those because I know it's not. I've tried all of them look and you will see that some of his letters are touching. Even if you adjust the text and slide it closer it still does not look like that. I want this font so bad.

It does and you should pay to use commercial fonts. You could try Franklin Gothic Medium (which comes free with Windows 8).
