I'm looking to download the James Fajardo font which appears to be a free download - how do I know if it's alright to use on mass produced packaging? Where can I find the license terms and agreements?

Usually the licence is included in the compressed file you download from Dafont. In this case, where no licence is included, the only way to be sure is to contact the designer.

Or you could go here and pay the 9$ he asks for his font...
