If you don't find it, you might like to take a font like Futura or Avant Garde - change the A to a triangle... and use... it's only a suggestion.
I think it might be Open Sans, bolded. It lets you to type Δ too, so that may be it.
I think its Futura Orto but with an Triangle instead of an A :/
I'm a big fan
It's a custom font.

I believe it's a modified version of Futura Rounded Demi. If you want to go and undertake customizing it.
A stroked Futura Medium from Adobe/Linotype.

I hate the person who does this, but Bastille doesn't suck at all and I haven't said "I provided information about how to do it, but Bastille sucks so much that i hade to remove it". I said something like "I provided information about how to do it, but some stupid admin removed it, so I'm sorry for that". Person who does this: you're not funny. No one is laughing at your edits except yourself. And this is not Futura btw. Someone said somewhere that Dan just painted it, and someone turned those paintings into a font. It's on their site called "BastilleFont". Now clear for everyone?
I know this topic's ancient, but I might at least contribute something I know.
I'm pretty sure it's an altered version of Futura Medium Round — apply a slight stroke, change the A to a triangle and adjust the middle bar of the E and it might look pretty close to it.
