actually doesn't this kind of look like the font used for modern warfare 2 font? the gothic one? please reply to this is you find the actual font.

It's a modified version of Bank Gothic. They applied those rips and tears in the font.

Call of Duty Text is a Windows Default font called 'Impact'

Second Text is from Most new Call of Duty Games named 'Bank Gothic MD BT'

Very close match would be FF Oxide Stencil
