I like this design as well, but the tail on the Q seems to terminate prematurely. On first glance, only at the banner, the E appears to be the correct size, but the baseline is off. If the letters are meant to have uneven heights, I think you should have done that as a separate alternative style, and given the user the option as to which one they'd want to use, for a particular project. I haven't looked at glyphs that don't appear in the banner.
