The font in use is called Lavanderia with its weight set to sturdy. The creator either tuned the kerning ever so slightly or just squezed it horizontally.

Found at the IWM in London. Automated font detection failed miserably :( Interested in the large "Fighting Extremes" aswell as the "From Ebola to ISIS".
