Finally found my copy of Solo's Celebration Text. Here it is for "reborn."
Same design as the image but a rougher digitization.
The original design may have been Kanzleiscrift by Schelter & Giesecke in the 1890s.
I have only a poor quality image which truncates the hairline serifs.
Offered in three widths. Middle shown here:
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Jackie: If it's not in the Solo CD series of books perhaps it's in his print specimen books -- which I no longer have. But I do have have the following note:
Gothic and Old English Alphabets, 100 Complete Fonts, pages 46 and 96. Dover Publications, Inc. (Minneola, NY, 1984).
Celtic and Medieval Alphabets, 53 Complete Fonts, pages 32–33. Dover Publications, Inc. (Minneola, NY, 1998).

Interesting comment on Solo's Celebration by Alan Jay Prescott:

Note the claim that Solo’s Celebration Text, Testimonial Text and Innsbruck share identical lower-case letterforms.
AJP Revived it as Centrum Text.
Heron2001 ha dicho Those are close Don. But have you checked out Dan X. Solo's Celebration -- especially the "e"? I'm looking for a copy - the one on myfont is by RMU - and the e is not correct.
Celebration
Jackie: I will have to look on a backup drive for my Dover DXSolo fonts. Will report back.
Not finding an exact match. Zenda is similar. Free here at Dafont.
_B_ could perhaps have been made by using Fette Gotisch, compressing the width, clipping the bottom half of the lls swash, adding an uls swash from Mariage and some minor tinkering.
_enecia_
Cloister Black, made a little thicker by user.
Old English by URW and Old English Text by Monotype are similar but have minor differences, such as the more open counter on _e_.

Larger image of the script from a different meal ticket in the 1940s.
A very geometric style. I did not find a font match.
Caps are similar to a sloped Constructa, a 1930s font.
