D and e are alternative letters; they can be found in Bible Script Flourishes (if you have the old Letraset font). It is no longer available on MyFonts, but see glyphs here:

Robbo - I thought so too; however, the E is not a Friz Quadrata E, but a great substitute. It really is Albertus Heavy, left over from Typositor days, and wasn't digitized. This is the closest someone has come to it, and the image has been condensed (a lot) manually
