Not the font - but close enough for modification and substitution. Dafont only has 3 weights, the link I gave has 29 weights—including BOLD which is closest. I hope this helps.

Since the two Xs and two Os don't match, I would think this is handwritten, and not a font.

I'm not sure if it is a font or not. Letters don't match up - however, it could be just an old, worn out print. If you need a font, try Gill Sans.

Interesting font. Couldn't find it. I hope someone does. If not, Bald Eagle could be modified to look like it.
