Edit: Maybe Modified, or maybe an earlier version than the My Fonts edition (the umlaut in the sample is round, square on the MY Fonts version). Maybe I need to visit Specsavers™

Possibly a problem with font caches? (I'm no MS guru, but if you are having font weirdness, cleaning/clearing the font cache probably won't hurt)
