From what I can find, it seems Dalton Maag specially modified their family Objektiv to create a custom typeface for Universal TV.
About Universal TV's rebrand: "Objectiv [sic] was hand-cut by foundry Dalton Maag to sympathise with the new Universal TV logo and to deliver programme information." (http://www.redbeecreative.com/work/universal-tv-rebrand)
So unfortunately, you'll not be able to find the exact match as it is specially created and licensed; however Objektive Mk3 (especially) should be similar enough.
