I have a feeling this was not a font, but handlettered back in the day. (It was my grandmother's favorite and she's been gone for more than 40 years.)

Thanks Jersey! I'll try to make a note on that. Nice find. (PS the alternate letters on the one I have were in lower case to match. Probably one of the early versions before releasing.)
