Any idea how much time and effort it takes to make something like that? And then you want it for free to make money out of it? Have you ever made something yourself and then after all your work thought it was perfectly fine that others just took it to make money?

Did you actually download Font properties extension, version 2.30? And did you install it? When done right-click the font file, click properties and then Embedding. Then you will see whether embedding is possible or not.
