It's called Athletic Script Connected in my software, but I can't find a vendor. Aktuelle is pretty much the same. Here's a webpage featuring it as Athletic Script: http://www.lettersunlimited.com/fonts_script.htm

House Industries' Chalet. They mixed different versions. Perhaps Chalet New York 1970 and 1980?

Oh. I just noticed the "M". I'm sorry, I must have difficulty waking up too.
I just found that Gill Sans is based on an older typeface by Edward Johnston. Again, slight diffenrences but even closer than Gill Sans.
