Hi. I have been searching for 2 days for this font or something very similar, to no avail. I'm sure it's a premium font, so I'm not expecting free, but I would still very much like to use it. Free alternative fonts (if available) are welcome too. Thanks in advance.

That's Photoshop. Or Illustrator, or whatever the designer's choice of software was. I'm a designer, and I used that technique a couple of times, making characters or shapes from words.
Fonts with words in characters don't exist.

This is an image with ampersands of 3 fonts that are very similar.
So it could be Typewriter Serial, ITC American Typewriter or American Typewriter Medium.
