The font would be "Hilda Header" which was designed by the animators of Hilda.

As far as I know, fonts on sports jerseys are custom designed for the most part. They are usually hand (or machine) printed onto the jerseys. But sometimes they are based on another font. Thus, my best guess for you is not a font.
