Suara Music is linked to the Suara Foundation which has a slightly different version of the logo http://www.miraclemgmt.com/index.php/suara-foundation-save-the-cat/
The Suara Foundation logo is an edited version of Mutlu Ornamental.
Further editing of Mutlu Ornamental could also be used to make the Suara Music logo.

Three good suggestions, but nothing that I can find is a 100% match.
The lhs vertical stroke seems too thick.
I suspect this is custom lettering in the style of Latin rather than a font as such.
