Yeah, I saw the webpage and also Reddit (https://www.reddit.com/r/identifythisfont/comments/6h840c/patreons_new_logo_font/ ), and noticed the narrower T, (looks like Futura's). Being a logo, that they describe as crafted (https://www.patreon.com/brand/guidelines ) I suppose that has been modified.
