Edited version of Goudy Handtooled, designed by Fredric W. Goudy in 1922 and now digitized by major foundries. I chose the Bitstream/Tilde version because the ear on _g_ is a dead ringer for the ear on the _g_ in _Prego_

Custom lettering modeled on the original _The Salvation Army_ Red Shield emblem from circa 1900.

In 1960s Tintoretto was available in the shadowed version in the form of Letraset dry contact letters.

I just noticed that the _e_ and _w_ look like they were lifted from the italic of a Roman text font.
They look almost identical to ITC Cheltenham Bold Italic, with the center stroke of _W_ modified to terminate in the same way as the left hand stroke.

The letters show "reverse contrast" -- horizontal strokes are thicker than vertical stokes -- which is a sign that the letters probably have been horizontally compressed.
Handmade Gothic JNL is similar but not a perfect match.

This is from the cover of _Computer Arts_ magazine issue 193, which included a DVD with fonts.

Closest commercial font I spotted is Filmotype Giant

Night Train 382 is really close
The only noticeable difference is that the horizontal strokes are not quite as thick as _hp_

Here is Dharma Gothic Expanded Bold manually with width condensed to 66 percent.
Looks like an almost perfect match to your image. Note the "reverse contrast" -- horizontal strokes thicker than vertical ones -- in your image and the manually condensed Dharma Gothic Expanded Bold

Your image shows a very narrow sans serif font with rounded corners and a vertical section in the mid portion of the bowls for _B_.
All of the fonts suggested so far, with the possible exception of Dharma Gothic Bold -- which is slightly too wide; are either too wide, have straight chamfered corners, rounded bowls without the vertical section in the middle, or have serifs.
SF Movie Poster Bold could perhaps work as a substitute for the letters in your image if it was made thicker by applying a parallel line around the letters, but it is too narrow. UPDATE: Tried it and found it was too narrow.
BTW if you want to duplicate the wider letters on the FBI jackets you should say so.

Custom lettering in the "baseball script" style.
Many fonts in this style but none match all of the letters.
Home Run has a somewhat similar feel to the lowercase.
Don
The NFL field markings in your image are also similar, except for the bottom of _2_, to a condensed Clarendon Light. The link is to the standard width. Presumably there is a condensed version somewhere.
