I do like this handwriting. I've tried, but I am now under the belief (and I shared this with a type designer whose opinion I respect) this is not a vont. There are different Es, Ss, etc. I wonder if the person who wrote it is an architect. Sorry.

I know you've been looking and I've been searching. I can't find it. Best I can do is offer you a substitute. Maybe you can ask Tobias Sommer what the original font was that he based Disparador on, because some of he letters are the same.
