The first _G_ is serifless on the lower rhs [like TNR], the second _G_ has a serif. So not a font? 
But compare with Donald Trump's trademark application for the word mark MAKE-AMERICA-GREAT-AGAIN

National forest is one of several custom lettered logotypes
Specified in the US Forest Service "Sign and Poster Guidelines for the Forest Service"

The Guidelines include vector outlines of the logotypes.
Note the differences in repeating letters such as _a_ and _t_.
Perhaps the closest substitute is Brody, particularly if the tips of the strokes are rounded

Another possibility is Dharma Gothic Heavy, with the _L_ flipped to make _T_ and the leg from _K_ pasted on _P_ to make _R_, plus various minor adjustments
