Strongly unlikely to be a font - it's an ambigram, which would have to be carefully designed and purpose built for this exact message. You may be able to find fonts that match its style to a degree in Handwritten/Script sections of DaFont though.

It is indeed an originally-created font. Some inspiration for it came from the font Twentieth Century, however Blissful Thinking was made from scratch and is very different when you actually compare them.

I've been looking for a while for a Discord server based around discussing fonts, typography, design etc, but haven't been able to find one - so I've made one.
