I found a digital version of "The Diary of a Wimpy Kid" (2011) in which the font used for the same text is "PFPapernoteLight-Regular"
I can only find it on Mac OS, not a direct link.

Try this font "Barabara" designed by Choi Co, for the Department of Tourism in the Philippines.
Note:Bara-bara literally means “any which way” in Filipino and describes the freestyle technique signmakers use for jeepney letterings.
