It reminds me of New Yorker - but Apple makes a font called Fox - I don't know where you can find it on the internet - but it might already reside in your computer's system folder.

It seems to be Lucida Sans Demibold - that the designer extended manually for this logo.
This is close - the E is identical.

If you look at the "glyphs" you will find toward the bottom - the "ST" which can only be seen in Open Type.
