I found this online, yet no font name or link was found.... any help?!?!

It looks as if it was done on a paint program EG M.S Paint, so most likely (actually most definitely) it'll be handwritten with the "Draw" tool. Sorry.

Actually it could be a font because the F, Y, U and R are the same (if you look closely) but it's an ugly font!

Certainly looks like it is a font. Also probably a font someone (YOURS TRULY) made for him/herself, I agree, drawn with a mouse, and that is never published.

Probably not a font; this is made via Paint. And yes, it is drawn with a mouse. :~)
