"Interview" isn't a font, it's handmade.

Subtitle could be Bodoni, but a) my cyrillic typesetting is more than a little rusty (read non-existent) and b) the sample is a little on the small side. If this is a scan of a magazine. Rescan and repost a closer looksee.

You could check the Paratype fonts.
