Does anyone know what the two fonts are that are used in the Restaurant Impossible logo?

both are sans serif--the top one looks kind of 3-d--as if the letters were constructed from metal forms with a neon strip inside.
The bottom is a common sans serif font--just not sure exactly which---any thoughts?
