I don't know which manufaturer but you'll be able to see from this link. Times New Roman Bold Condensed

I think it's just extra bold but manually condensed. I tried it in Photoshop

Edit: Not Times New Roman, but Times (Linotype) Extra Bold.

Personally, I think it is the Bold Condensed - condensed more manually.
