It is MADEOkineSansPERSONALUSE-Black.otf, but you need to open it, stretch it a bit
In Photoshop this is: ctrl-T, then ctrl-hold mouse and drag the letters up. And turn the spacing of the letters a bit down, until they touch. Then you have the same font.
