Try this.
Poets
It’s a knock-off of Big Caslon.
The correct font is similar to Big Caslon, but if you look closely you will notice differences in details.
There are no sharp angles in it. For example look at „H”, „P” or „M”.
I think that every character in this font looks different than in Big Caslon.

They definitely altered Big Caslon to make the font. That’s why the font is a knock-off, even though there are differences between them.
You mustn’t alter Big Caslon to design another font.

Probably you have right.

(Ya se ha sugerido aquí) Hi!
I know is not the same font, but perhaps you may try Editorial-old.
It's not Big Caslon, it's SOMER by FG Studios. Big Caslon (Roman) is used on Taylor's website.

After a new search and analysis of fonts, I would say that the font used in the design of Taylor Swift's album "The Tortured Poets Department" is Poets based on the typography Somer by FG Studios: Somer has been customised by being renamed Poets.
Do we know who has made the Somer modification? The creative team behind the covers of the singer's albums or some independent designer?
Making a general analysis of Poets, the font is a little rounder, expanded, and with finer diagonal strokes among other slight modifications. The capital letter "T" has especially caught my attention. His arms and serifs are asymmetrical when in my opinion as a designer they should not be because of the very structure of the typography. I wonder if it is a de facto error or a creative concession from the creator. In the case of the first, it is a slip of importance, since the "T" has great prominence in the title of the artist's album.
If it were for the latter, that is, due for a creative resource of the designer, it would be interesting to know the reason.
Poets is inspired by Somer who is more harmonious and balanced. I would say without a doubt that Poets is the typography used for the cover of the album, and also for the titles of the songs of "The tortured Poets department".
On the other hand, the typography used in Taylor's website is very similar to Somer but is Big Carlson Roman/Regular.
If it help someone, i found it include italic version also.
