The certificates from Moldova use probably the same font in different colors. One of them is attached.

The font is similar to Monotype Bernard Std Condensed, but the "fill" is missing. Any ideas?

It's custom fill. You can make one easily in photoshop.

I have Photoshop, but I don't have any experience with fonts. Can you describe roughly how to do this, or do you know a tutorial for it? Can I create a font in Photoshop, or am I able only to create images with the text? I'm asking, because actually I need the font for german translation of the romanian texts (in Word), too.
