Not quite VCR OCD Mono- the number 4 especially is difficult to find in a font. Please help me out!

I'd say VCR OSD is the way to go, the low-res of the screen could be hiding the jagged pixels.

But this one below is smoothed and not pixelized. Looks right except for the dots in the 0, but you can easily edit that out manually.

Just checked the 0 in VCR OSD, you're right, not quite the same. VCR has a slash through it.
