Most of it looks like ITC Bolt - with the 'a' being a modified 'd'. There was once a freeware knockoff of Bolt called Brock (aka Brock Bold) with the same 'a'. I think the K may have been lifted from Vipnagorgialla (Typodermic Fonts).
