Pinkfong uses a proprietary font called Pinkfong BabyTuxedo. it's near impossible to find.

You are right, according to fonts embedded in pdf files, they use Pinkfong-BabyTuxedo. They also use a bouncy version called Pinkfong-Play. Unfortunately, neither is the font requested up here.

Where did you find these fonts?

I didn't "find" them. They are just listed as being used in some pdf files I found on their site.

What PDF files in mind?

The font used here is obviously a custom font.

If anyone made a replica of Pinkfong BabyTuxedo or Pinkfong Play, let me know!

In Korea, they use 210 Manwhagage, which may have been the basis for their proprietary font Pinkfong BabyTuxedo.

After all these years, the font was found - and it just so happens to be a font used prior to the introduction of Pinkfong BabyTuxedo and its bouncy variant Pinkfong Play sometime in 2016 or 2017.
