You need a commercial license, as it's written in the read_me file. You can buy it here: http://www.fontbros.com/families/moderna/styles/regular

ok, but the desktop license its enough? i didnt understan wich license i have to buy to be able to design a logo with that

ok. the confusing is that when you go to buy the license you have few types
-deskop
-impressions license
-mobile app

its not clear wich one i need.
