It seems to be a common font on tv shows screencaps but I can't find the exact one, can someone help me?

I tried Arial on VLC Player but it doesn't have that like pixelated effect... :( But thanks for replying!

You can't do it in vlc not sure how to achieve that pixelated effect but I see it a lot on Dvd's.
