United States Sugerido por donshottype
Britannic Sugerido por Heron2001
Legal Tender Sugerido por donshottype
Grenoble Heavy Sugerido por donshottype
Posters of this type were generally produced by engraving lithography and similar processes that did not incorporate fonts.
There were some fonts from the era that are similar to the various lettering styles in the poster, but they would only approximate the letters.
The phrase _AT 6 PER CT. INTEREST AND LOW PRICES._ can be appoximated by Monotype Modern Condensed
_IOWA NEBRASKA_
No font, but the lettering style -- called concave in the 19th century -- was also used by others

_LANDS_
Similar to the U.S. Dollar lettering, made into a font called United States by Typearound
For Iowa and Nebraska
NOT THE FONT - just a substitute.
EDITED:
_IOWA NEBRASKA_
Heron2001's suggestion of Britannic

is a good substitute.
All it lacks is the concave stroke feature of the straight strokes in the image.

_IOWA NEBRASKA_
Grenoble TS Heavy is almost identical to Britannic Ultra but has more contrast in some of the curved strokes and thus is perhaps a trifle closer to the image.
