I would like to have this font identified, most people say it's Arcana, but it's not quite Arcana, there are some notable differences to it.

I don't think it's a font. First, foreign versions don't use translated chapter titles, instead they have subtitles. Secondly, the letters themselves change from sample to sample. Here is an image of some chapter titles:

Notice, how different the uppercase M, uppercase L, lowercase t and lowercase d look on different chapters.
