Maybe there is a custom font with those cut letters, but the shape itself is from an Avant Garde (manually extended a bit it seems too). (=

been searching for it as well and the answer was almost hitting me in the face :p
at least that's the perfect fit for murdermod. also the cut-outs seem to be aligned by the "e" letter.
