Customer says the font is called "Archer" but we can't find anything like it by that name. Any ideas?

This seems to be a bold variation on Algerian Condensed with additional swash.

It's possible some sign maker had this variation and called it Archer. But Archer is now the name of a Hoefler slab serif that has no connection to this font.
